1) Who we are and what we offer
We are a UK-registered provider of first-party IT and creative services and Quikdin-made digital products. Our core business includes:
- Other software publishing (SIC 58290)
- Business and domestic software development (SIC 62012)
- Information technology consultancy activities (SIC 62020)
- Advertising/marketing services (SIC 73110)
- Data processing, hosting and related activities— including domain registration/resale and web hosting offered directly or via authorized partners.
In practice this covers: strategy and consulting, custom software and Web development, Quikdin software/products, domain and hosting services, cloud/infrastructure advisory and integrations (we do not operate data centers), cybersecurity guidance, IT support, SEO/branding, digital marketing, and 3D rendering/product modeling. Where helpful, we may facilitate the purchase of authorized third-party software as an add-on; we do not sell unauthorized or non-genuine licenses.
2) Forming a contract
A binding contract forms when you:
- (a) place an order and receive our email confirmation; or
- (b) accept a written quotation/statement of work (SOW); or
- (c) fund an escrow/milestone plan as agreed.
Email (and any agreed portal) is our durable channel for orders, approvals, deliverables, and notices.
3) Your responsibilities
Provide timely inputs, content, approvals, credentials, and access needed for delivery. You confirm you have the rights to the materials you supply and that your requested use complies with law and our AUP.
4) Quotes, pricing, taxes, and changes
- Quotes are valid for 14 calendar days unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are shown in the transaction currency. VAT applies under UK rules and may be added at checkout or invoicing.
- Material scope or timeline changes require a written change order with updated pricing/milestones.
- If an order is time-and-materials, billing is for actual effort and third-party costs at the agreed rates.
5) Payments and authentication
Billing Descriptor: your statement may show ‘QUIKDIN*SERVICES’ (format may vary by processor and currency).
Methods: We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfer, Wise, popular local payment methods supported by our processors, mobile wallets, and—where applicable—escrow. Availability varies by region/processor. We never request or accept card PAN/CVV via email, chat, support tickets, or web forms under our control.
Hosted/redirected checkout & PCI: Payments are processed on vetted, hosted/redirected checkout pages. We do not store PAN/CVV on Quikdin systems and maintain a PCI DSS SAQ-A posture.
Strong Customer Authentication: 3-D Secure challenges may be required for UK/EU card payments.
Fraud screening: We may verify, hold, or decline orders pending checks.
Refund routing: Approved refunds return to the original payment method under processor rules and timelines.
No cash/crypto by default unless agreed in writing. See also our Payment Policy.
6) Milestones, escrow, and orders over USD 500
For any contract-based service above USD 500 you may pay in staged milestones or via escrow:
- Escrow for services: milestones defined with scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria; each milestone is funded and released upon acceptance.
- Escrow for digital products: allowed only with full deposit (no milestone split).
- Planning/Discovery (milestone 1): we present a planning deliverable for approval. If you do not approve it, we issue a full refund of amounts paid for milestone 1.
- Stopping early: partial refunds may be available under our Refund Policy (we deduct completed work and third-party costs).
- After full delivery/acceptance: no refund is available.
- After-sales support: 10–30 days post-delivery support (package-dependent) to fix issues within the delivered scope.
7) Delivery, acceptance, and turnaround
Service deliverables are provided by email, secure download, private repository access, or a project portal. Digital products are delivered via secure download or license/activation email. We may keep download/activation logs as proof of delivery.
Acceptance criteria are set in the order/milestone plan. Acceptance is confirmed in writing (email is sufficient). Example criteria: “Homepage passes the agreed QA checklist; contact form submits to the specified mailbox; specified page-speed range is achieved on staging.”
Review window: unless otherwise stated, you have 5 business days per milestone to report issues that fail the agreed acceptance criteria; we will remedy verified issues within scope. See also our Delivery Policy.
8) Refund and cancellation (summary)
14-day window (global, condition-based):
- Work not started → Full refund
- Work in progress → Partial refund (less completed work and any third-party costs)
- Work completed/accepted → No refund
Digital products: non-refundable once delivered/downloaded. If you select immediate access, you confirm a “start now/waiver” of the cooling-off right for digital content.
Timing: When a refund is approved, we instruct it to your original payment method; funds typically arrive within 14 business days, subject to your bank/processor.
Consumers’ right to cancel: If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the day of contract to cancel a service without giving any reason. If you ask us to start during the cancellation period, you agree that (a) we may begin immediately and (b) if you cancel, we will refund a proportionate amount for work performed up to cancellation. Once the service is fully performed with your prior express request and acknowledgment, you will lose the right to cancel.
Digital content: If you request or access immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you will lose the right to cancel once delivery starts, that right is waived upon delivery.
Submit refund requests by email with order details; we will acknowledge, review, confirm amount (if approved), issue a credit note where applicable, and instruct refund to the original method. See the Refund & Return Policy for authoritative terms.
9) Intellectual property and licensing
Quikdin software & digital products: Owned by Quikdin. On full payment you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the purchased item for your own business. No resale, redistribution, or relicensing. Preserve proprietary notices.
Custom work for clients: On full payment you own the IP in the final deliverables created expressly for you, excluding our pre-existing materials, frameworks, and reusable components. We grant you a perpetual license to use those pre-existing elements within your deliverables. Open-source/third-party licenses apply where included.
10) Acceptable Use (restricted and prohibited categories)
To maintain a low-risk profile consistent with industry restrictions and content rules, we do not work with, promote, or sell projects in the following categories (examples, not exhaustive):
- Religious outreach or institutional religious activities (policy choice to remain neutral and low-risk).
- Adult/sexual content or services (e.g., pornography, escorting, sexual entertainment).
- Gambling, betting, lotteries, games of chance, tips/syndicates.
- Drugs and drug paraphernalia; controlled substances (including cannabis/THC where restricted) and synthetic drugs; prescription drugs without compliant fulfillment.
- Tobacco/vapes/e-cigarettes and other age-restricted goods without robust online age verification.
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives, parts or accessories designed to cause harm.
- Financial or money services without appropriate licensing/registration (money transmission, remittance, FX, high-risk investment schemes, binary options, payday lending, debt relief/credit repair where restricted).
- Pyramid/Ponzi schemes; deceptive “get-rich-quick” programs; rebate/upsell traps.
- Hate, harassment, or incitement of violence; extremist propaganda.
- Unlawful telemarketing/robocalls; deceptive or spammy marketing practices.
- Spyware, stalkerware, hacking/cracking tools; trading in breached data; unlawful scraping.
- Cryptocurrency/virtual-asset activities that require licensing/registration unless expressly pre-approved by our processor and Quikdin.
- Charities or political fundraising without required registrations/authorizations.
- Sanctioned persons/entities or restricted territories; export-controlled goods/services in breach of law.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate any order that violates this AUP. See the AUP page for full details.
11) Data, privacy, cookies, and security
We collect standard billing information, IP address, and project-specific inputs necessary to process orders, deliver services, prevent fraud, and support you—consistent with our Privacy Policy. We use a consent tool for non-essential cookies as described in our Cookie Policy. Share credentials only through secure channels (e.g., encrypted links or temporary passwords). For B2B processing of your customer data, a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available on request.
12) Marketing communications and ad policies
Operational emails (order confirmations, milestone updates, delivery/security notices) are part of our service. Marketing communications are sent only with consent or where permitted for existing customers with a simple opt-out. Our advertising complies with the policies of major platforms (e.g., search/social/professional networks) and applicable laws; we avoid prohibited/ad-restricted content and targeting practices.
If you are acting for purposes wholly outside your trade, business or profession, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law
13) Buyer protection, complaints, and chargebacks
We keep an evidence pack for every order—confirmations, milestone approvals, time logs (if applicable), download/activation logs, and support threads—to resolve issues quickly. If you have a concern, email support@quikdin.com:
- Acknowledgment: typically within 1 business day
- Action plan: typically within 5–10 business days (complex issues may take longer; we’ll keep you updated)
Please contact us first before initiating any chargeback; we resolve most matters faster directly. We submit evidence for any bank dispute. Abuse of chargebacks may result in suspension as outlined in our AUP/Terms. See Buyer Protection & Complaints.
14) Warranties, disclaimers, and support
We will perform services with reasonable skill and care. We do not guarantee specific rankings, approvals, traffic, conversions, revenue, or third-party platform uptime. Except as expressly stated, services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” After-sales support of 10–30 days (per package) is included to address issues arising from the delivered scope.
15) Liability cap and indemnities
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Quikdin in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content/instructions, your breach of these Terms/AUP, or misuse of deliverables.
Statutory rights preserved: Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer. We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or where it would be unlawful to do so. For consumers, we do not exclude the implied term that services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. If defective digital content we supply damages a device or digital content you own and this is caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill, we will repair the damage or pay you compensation.
16) Suspension, termination, and data return
We may suspend or terminate services for material breach, non-payment, suspected fraud/abuse, or AUP violations. On termination we may provide reasonable data return/export for work already delivered (fees may apply).
17) Sanctions, export controls, and restricted territories
You confirm you are not subject to sanctions and will not use our services in violation of export or sanctions laws. We may refuse any order involving restricted persons, entities, or territories.
18) Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident outside the UK, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence to the extent required by mandatory law, and such mandatory consumer protections will apply.
19) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material updates will be shown by the date at the top and/or reasonable notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
