1. Acceptance of Terms

We continually update our service offerings to keep pace with industry trends and technological innovations.

3. Payments and Billing

All services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• We accept secure payments through PayPal, Stripe, credit cards, bank transfer, and other approved methods.
• All pricing is transparent and quoted in USD/GBP/Euro unless specified.
• Late payments may incur penalties or service suspension.
• Quikdin is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete or delayed payments.

4. Project Timelines & Deliverables

• Each project has a mutually agreed timeline based on scope and complexity.
• Timelines may be extended if clients delay communication, approval, or material submission.
• A detailed scope of work will be shared before commencement. Any additional requests will be treated as out-of-scope and may incur extra charges.

5. Revisions & Scope Changes

• We offer a fixed number of revisions per project (specified in your proposal or invoice).
• Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope will be billed separately.
• Revision requests must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving the deliverable.

6. Ownership & Licensing

• Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of final deliverables, including design files, source code, and website content.
• Third-party tools, themes, or plugins integrated into your project will remain subject to their original license terms.
• Quikdin reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, unless an NDA is signed.

7. Confidentiality & Data Privacy

• All client information, credentials, and data shared with us are kept strictly confidential.
• We are fully compliant with GDPR, UK Data Protection Act, and U.S. Privacy Laws.
• We do not share or sell any client information to third parties.
• Secure data storage, encrypted communication, and privacy-focused processes are used throughout.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• You may cancel a project prior to initiation and receive a refund (minus transaction fees).
• If work has already started, no refund will be issued unless otherwise agreed.
• Digital product purchases (e.g., software keys, subscriptions) are non-refundable due to the nature of delivery.
• In rare cases of service failure by Quikdin, a partial refund may be issued after evaluation.

9. Client Responsibilities

• Provide all necessary materials, content, and access credentials in a timely manner.
• Maintain clear communication throughout the project timeline.
• Approve milestones and deliverables promptly to avoid delays.
• Back up any important data before we begin working on your existing system.

10. Limitation of Liability

Quikdin is not liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or data from service delays, third-party failures, or technical issues.
• Damages resulting from client-side edits or external modifications to delivered work.
• Downtime or issues caused by hosting providers, software vendors, or unauthorized access.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by you for the specific service or project.

11. Service Usage & Restrictions

Clients must not:

• Use our services for unlawful or unethical purposes.
• Copy, duplicate, or resell our work without written consent.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our servers, systems, or tools.
• Violation of these terms will lead to immediate service termination and potential legal action.

12. White Label Agreements

We offer white label partnerships to agencies and freelancers under strict confidentiality. All white label agreements include:

• NDA and brand protection
• Custom client-facing reports and assets
• Hidden development environment
• Transparent project management under your brand
• Breach of agreement or misrepresentation will result in immediate termination of the partnership.

13. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of:

• USA – If the client is from North or South America
• UK – If the client is from Europe, Australia, or Africa
• Bangladesh – If the client is from Asia, Middle East, or Pacific regions

All legal disputes will be resolved under the relevant jurisdiction where the billing address or agreement applies.

14. Modifications to Terms

Quikdin reserves the right to change or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and clients are advised to review them regularly. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
