We provide global services. VAT applies as per UK Government rules and is shown on invoices/credit notes where applicable.
1) Our promise (authorized-only)
Quikdin supplies software and license keys only through authorized channels. We do not sell unauthorized, “grey-market,” used, or volume-split keys. This protects customers with genuine activation, vendor support eligibility, and predictable renewals.
2) How we qualify partners
We work either (a) directly with the vendor under a signed partner program, or (b) via an authorized distributor. We maintain current certificates/IDs and renew them as required. On request, we can share redacted proof (e.g., partner letter, certificate, or distributor statement).
3) Current authorized partnerships (template)
Replace the placeholders with your live details (ID, program tier, region). We recommend keeping this list short and accurate.

4) How customers can verify authenticity

Ask us for proof: we’ll provide a redacted certificate/letter or distributor confirmation (no sensitive pricing).

Use vendor “Find a Partner” tools: search for QUIKDIN LIMITED or our registered partner/ reseller ID.

Check your invoice domain: invoices and communication come from official Quikdin channels (support@quikdin.com).

Activation experience: genuine keys activate with official vendor systems; we support you through any activation steps.
5) Warranty, support, and renewals
Vendor warranty/support terms apply to vendor products. We pass through official updates and renewals, and we will help you select the right plan/seat count. For Quikdin-made software, our own support windows apply (10–30 days post-delivery depending on package), plus any update terms specified in your order.
6) Geographical and compliance boundaries
We provision licenses only in territories allowed by vendor and sanctions/export rules. We do not supply to sanctioned persons/regions or for prohibited uses. Where a vendor requires KYC for certain tiers, we will follow their process.
7) No resale or redistribution by customers
Quikdin-supplied licenses and our own digital products are for your own business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or re-license them unless we and the vendor give prior written consent.
8) Returns and replacements (software)

Delivered license keys/downloads are non-refundable once issued, except where we cannot deliver working activation and we are unable to remedy within a reasonable time.

If a key fails to activate, we will verify logs and, if needed, work with the vendor/distributor to replace it.
