See also Terms of Service §1 for the full service scope and SIC references.

1) Lawful use and responsibility

  • You will use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable regulations in each region where you operate.
  • You are responsible for the content and data you supply, for actions taken using your accounts or credentials, and for promptly revoking access you no longer control.
  • You must not misrepresent your identity, business, or affiliation with any person or entity.
  • You warrant you have all necessary rights/licenses for any materials you provide (logos, text, images, code, data) and that your usage does not infringe IP, privacy, or other rights.

2) Prohibited and high-risk industries/activities

To maintain a low-risk processing profile, we do not provide services for (without limitation):

  • Religious outreach or institutional religious activities (policy choice to remain neutral/low risk).
  • Adult/sexual content or services (pornography, escorting, sexual entertainment).
  • Gambling, betting, lotteries, games of chance, tips/syndicates.
  • Drugs and drug paraphernalia; controlled substances (including cannabis/THC where restricted) and synthetic drugs; prescription drugs without compliant fulfilment.
  • Alcohol industry (production, sale, promotion, or advertising of alcoholic beverages).
  • Tobacco/vapes/e-cigarettes and other age-restricted goods sold online without robust, auditable age verification.
  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives, parts or accessories designed to cause harm.
  • Financial or money services without appropriate licensing/registration (money transmission, remittance, FX, investment schemes, binary options, payday lending, debt relief/credit repair where restricted).
  • Cryptocurrency/virtual-asset activities that require licensing/registration, unless expressly pre-approved in writing by our processor(s) and Quikdin.
  • Pyramid/Ponzi schemes, deceptive “get-rich-quick” programs, rebate/upsell traps.
  • Hate, harassment, or incitement of violence; extremist propaganda.
  • Unlawful telemarketing/robocalls; deceptive, unfair, or spammy marketing.
  • Spyware, stalkerware, hacking/cracking tools, credential-stuffing kits; trafficking in breached data; unlawful scraping.
  • Charities or political fundraising without required registrations/authorisations.
  • Sanctioned persons/entities or restricted territories; export-controlled goods/services in breach of law.

We never publish or rely on any processor’s brand names here; this list is aligned with industry restrictions without naming specific gateways.

3) Content standards (truthfulness, safety, IP)

  • No infringing content (copyright, trademarks, database rights, trade secrets, or proprietary software).
  • No defamation, doxxing, threats, or invasion of privacy.
  • No deceptive or unsupported claims (e.g., medical cures, investment returns, fake reviews/testimonials).
  • Comply with advertising/consumer-protection rules in every region targeted.

4) Hosting, domains, and platform integrity

When using Quikdin-managed hosting, domains, or any connected systems:

  • Security & abuse: Do not upload/distribute malware, backdoors, or malicious scripts; do not enable botnets, phishing, pharming, or card testing; do not probe/scan systems or bypass security controls.
  • Fair use & resources: Respect any rate limits and fair-use parameters we communicate. No DDoS, stress testing, or resource abuse (CPU, bandwidth, storage).
  • Pen-testing: Penetration testing requires prior written permission and a scheduled window.
  • Credentials: Share secrets only via approved secure channels (e.g., password-manager shares, encrypted links, or time-limited credentials). Do not send card data (PAN/CVV) via email/chat/forms.
  • Data locality & export: Do not transfer or host data in violation of sanctions/export laws or customer commitments.

5) Email, SMS, and digital marketing compliance

  • Follow consent/identity rules (clear sender identity, valid reply-to, easy opt-out) and honour opt-outs promptly.
  • No unsolicited bulk messages, snowshoe spamming, or purchased lists.
  • Respect platform-specific ad rules (search, social, professional networks) and local laws in each region (e.g., PECR/UK; analogous requirements such as CAN-SPAM/CASL where applicable).
  • Do not use our services to promote prohibited categories or to make deceptive claims.

6) Payments and financial conduct

  • Use only the payment methods offered in our Payment Policy; complete Strong Customer Authentication when prompted.
  • We may hold, request documents, or decline transactions if we detect risk signals.
  • Refunds (when approved) return to the original payment method.
  • Abuse of chargebacks (e.g., filing without contacting us first, repeated unfounded claims) may result in suspension under this AUP and our Terms.
  • You may not use our services as a pass-through for third parties or undisclosed merchants, or to facilitate money-laundering or illegal remittance.

7) Data protection and confidentiality

  • Provide only the personal data necessary for the project.
  • For B2B processing of your customer data, Quikdin acts as processor under your instructions; a DPA is available on request.
  • Implement appropriate safeguards on your side (access controls, least-privilege, MFA where feasible) and notify us promptly of suspected breaches related to shared systems or credentials.
  • We operate a hosted/redirected checkout and maintain a PCI DSS SAQ-A posture; we do not store PAN/CVV on Quikdin systems.

8) Verification, documentation, and audits (light-touch)

We may request reasonable documentation to verify your identity, business status, licensing (where relevant), and intended use of our services. If risk increases (e.g., unusual traffic patterns, third-party complaints), we may perform a focused review to protect customers and payment partners.

9) Enforcement

To protect our customers and partners, Quikdin may, at its discretion and without liability to you:

  1. Warn you and request corrective action;
  2. Remove or disable offending content or access;
  3. Suspend or restrict services/accounts;
  4. Terminate services for serious or repeated violations; and/or
  5. Report suspected illegal activity to authorities or impacted platforms.

We aim to act proportionately and preserve legitimate service continuity where possible; however, legal or payment-network obligations may require immediate action.

10) Reporting suspected abuse or security issues

If you believe this AUP is being violated or you discover a security issue, contact support@quikdin.com (or legal@quikdin.com for sensitive matters). Provide as much detail as possible (URLs, timestamps, headers, logs, screenshots). We review in good faith and respond appropriately.

11) Changes to this AUP

We may update this AUP to reflect legal, security, or platform changes. The “Effective date” above shows the current version. Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

12) Governing law

This AUP forms part of our legal framework and is governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence.
