Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a service with Elixir IT World, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We will issue a full refund if you cancel within an hour of your purchase.

The clients acknowledge that all subscription fees are automatically charged regularly until they cancel. Our clients can cancel their subscriptions by email at least three days before the next billing date. A confirmation email receipt is sent to the client in terms of acknowledgment. Please remember that you are solely responsible for properly cancelling your subscription. You must email support@elixiritworld.com.

Refund Policy:

At Elixir IT World, we strive to provide the best services to our clients. All Elixir IT World subscriptions, the chosen plan service, are billed in advance every month and are non-refundable, i.e. no refunds will be issued. Elixir IT World does not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscription plans.
